Step Two
Choose How to Pay
Five options. Each one ends the same way: your payment applied to the correct bail transaction, with a receipt or confirmation for your records.
Option One
Pay in the Bail Hotline App
FastestThe Bail Hotline app has a built-in PayNearMe feature that creates a payment link for your transaction directly. No email, no phone call, no waiting for a representative to respond.
- Download the app and sign in. Look for Bail Hotline Customer on iPhone or BailHotline on Android, published by DMCG, Inc.
- Open the payments area.
- Confirm the transaction you are paying on.
- The app creates your PayNearMe payment link.
- Pay by card, bank transfer, or cash at a participating retail location.
The app also handles remote check-ins, available case information, and court date reminders.
Best for recurring payments. Once your transaction is linked, later payments take about a minute. Court date reminders in the app are an added service and are not official court notices. Defendants remain responsible for confirming and attending every required appearance.
Option Two
Request a Payment Link Online
RequestComplete our short secure form. A Financial Services representative will locate your transaction and send you the correct payment link.
The form asks for Your name, the defendant's name, the defendant's date of birth, and a transaction ID if you have one.
Request a Payment LinkThis form requests a link. It does not take a payment. Do not enter card numbers on it. A representative reviews every request before a link is issued, which is how we make sure your payment reaches the right bond. Requests are handled during business hours.
Option Three
Request a Payment Link by Email
RequestEmail Financial Services with the information above. A representative will review your account and send the correct payment link for your transaction.
Send to clientpayments@bailhotline.net
Payment Request SubmissionNever email a full card number. Card details are entered only on the secure payment page we link you to, or given directly to a representative over the phone. A representative will confirm the amount with you before the link is issued.
Speak directly with a Financial Services representative who can locate your transaction, explain what is owed, take a card payment, and discuss an arrangement that fits your household budget.
