When my three brothers and I started the Bail Hotline bail bonds company nine years ago in Riverside, California, no one anticipated the changes and impact we would help to usher into the industry. At the time, the market was highly fragmented by thousands of mom-and–pop companies. Our goals were simple: “change the image of the bail industry in California, offer the consumer clear answers during a critical time of need, treat the consumer as you would a member of your own family, and offer payment plans to make bail affordable for all.” That’s how we planned to differentiate our company from the competition.

Our first bail bonds office was in downtown Riverside, CA. We got a great deal because the space was quite small and torn to pieces by the former occupant. We cleaned, painted, and decorated the office to look as nice as possible. As soon as we started, we made our clients feel comfortable and welcomed them with fresh coffee, snacks , and even a play area for the kids; nothing you would ever expect to see in a bail bond office, at that time. Fast forward a few years, and here we are, having spread our blueprint to over 30 offices throughout California.

I am proud to say, that with over 300 employees, we are now California’s second largest bail bonds company. Our goal is not to necessarily be the biggest bail bonds company, but to lead the bail bonds industry and become the standard by which all other bail bonds companies are measured. I am confident that with a combination of our vision, values, and dedication, our bail bonds company will exceed these goals and rise to the top of our industry.
